For nearly 12 years, my background included Finance (telecommunications/contact & call centres), Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring and Care Support to vulnerable types.
I have extensive experience in liaising with people, training, supervision, team leadership and management, problem analysis and solutions.
A strong desire to make greater use of my experiences and people skills led to the beginnings of a career change from 1998 to that of Counselling and Life Coaching work. Leaving my telecommunications employer in April 2003 was a real blessing in disguise. It gave me the time to reflect and move further into helping others with their pain, with confidence and conviction.

My strengths lie in communication, customer service, quality, diversity, sharing knowledge, team spirit, personal and team development and motivation.
Having very strong people skills is paramount in all connections.

Bringing all of this together is how my business - "Focusivity" evolved, and being based in Islington, North London is a good location to travel and meet clients.

What I Do?:
Providing a Positive Energy Stress Management service for Executives, Managers, business decision-makers and influencers in different industries who encounter emotional blockages such as stress, anxiety, confusion and anger from working in pressurised environments or having heavy workloads.

If left unresolved, the results from this can be painful and cause uneccessary major impacts on others in all areas of life.

Who I Do It For?:
Those who  recognise that they want tailored guidance and will work with me to counter it.

How I Do It?:
This service is carried out in a private, confidential and 1-to-1 basis and/or in group settings, where the root causes of emotional blockages such as stress, anxiety, tension, pressure and others are determined, especially as these effects can have such a deep and rippling impact on professional and personal lives.

Tailored, customer-focused guidance is provided and conducted primarily via the telephone, and face-to-face support can occur at the clients request at their office (depending on the location).

Email support as well as mobile phone texting, during the working week, is also given.

Techniques are taught where clients will learn how to manage, control and use their emotional energy  levels as a motivator to achieve their aims.

When I Do It?:
The fast track sessions are conducted on a weekly to fortnightly basis and last around 50 - 60 minutes per session.

Primary monthly meetings involve 4 appointments.

Average duration of a coaching session is 1- 2 months, but can extend to 3 months (depending on the individuals assessment).

Cost is determant on the corporate or individuals requirements.
